Hosting

puntNL has several servers at its disposal. These are in the Cybercentre of XS4ALL/KPN. One of these servers is especially set up as a secured server to process credit-card payments and on-line donations securely.

The most important reason for having our own servers is that it gives us control over the whole process. We can, therefore, serve you more effectively.

It means we don’t have to ‘stand in line’ with a host provider but can quickly see for ourselves, what the issue is or set up a new database for you or make an ftp-account. For you, as the customer, this means you have one less issue to deal with.


Manual and Training

We like to finish our job well. That is why we write a customised manual in Dutch for our customers for each application we make.

If you or your staff will be using the content management system or another web application which has been built by us, we will provide hands-on training at puntNL so that you can get started successfully.

If it involves a larger group of people, then we can arrange a course at your location. Depending on the number of functionalities, it can be a course for one or more days.
